Gene and I have been together for approximately 126,237,540 seconds according to Re-date. That comes to 2,103,963 minutes or 35,066.05 hours or 1,461 days give or take. It's one of those looks like a while, but feels like a blink of an eye. Celebration-wise we're planning a mini-golf outting when we next have free time that coincides and Gene made one of my favourite dishes in the world - beef tataki - for dinner last night. Besides, we tend to celebrate the 6month anniversary more because we're usually not quite as busy then!

So even though he's at work bumping out a show tonight, I'm feeling all romantic and looking forward to the weekend because we get to spend some QT together then. Even if it will be involving minding two pugs in the burbs. :)

Gene, if you ever get around to reading this, I love you but I'm going to kick your ass at mini-golf (again)! ;)
